30. Give Ear, All Ye Inhabitants Of The World (Psalms 49:1–4)

November 22nd 2006, Balikpapan, Indonesia. Several days before, big questions filled my mind.

What should I do for God? What does God wants me to do?

When I was still in Manado, when God was just delivered me from death, I wondered why did I experience all the miracles? Thats really is too big for me. What God wants from me?

I decided to search for an answer from the Bible verses which I found out later that I onced quoted and sent by a text messages to someone who wants my death two weeks before September 9th 2006 as I wrote in my testimony “Devil’s Deception Revealed, The Truth That Make You Free”.

I started to read from Isaiah 40:25 and so on. When I reached Isaiah 43:10–11, I found the answer.

Isaiah 43:10 “ Ye are my witnesses, saith the YHWH, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 43:11 I, even I, am the YHWH; and beside me there is no saviour.

I experienced all the miracles so that I be a witness of God!

I soon testified to Winangun congregation at Prayer night service that Wednesday which was held in one of the member’shouse.

October 2nd 2006, my daughter and I flew to Balikpapan. On Oct 4th, I also got a chance to testify in Prayer night service at Martadinata congregation.

I had not a chance to testify ever since.

When I first came to God at July 2006, I made a promise that if God forgive my sins and straighten my path, with His help I would do what ever God wants me to do.

Now, my head is filled with quoestions, what should I do for God, and how should I do. I have testified two times, but it feels too small compares to what God has done for me.

That November 22nd 2006, while helping my sister in law in the kitchen, my mind kept thinking that until that day what I have done for God was only a light thing. I felt so urged by the thought. I immediately left the kitchen and entered my bed room. I prayed, brought to God all my questions. “..What I have done for You is only a light thing, what else can I do for You, O God..”
After praying, I looked for God’s answer from His words. I opened the Bible that I held and shocked. My eyes goes straight to Isaiah 49:6; And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.
The words ”a light thing” was shocked me because they always been in my head several days lately.

On December 21st 2006, I experienced something awesome. That day, through Deu.4:15–16 and John 14:6–7 The Holy spirit showed me that Jesus in John14:6–7 is the YHWH in Deu.4:15–16 ( John.15:26,16:13–15, 5:46, 17:11,21, Acts 2:36, Romans 14:9, Phil 2:5–11, Daniel 7:13–14), and that the images or statues that made to liken Jesus is an idol.

I immediately knew this is what I should witness to all people.

A couple days later my sister in law asked me to replace her to preach in worship meeting at one of our family’s house at Cemara St. Balikpapan. And I happily accepted it, I thought that this is my chance to deliver the truth that God has revealed on Dec 21st 2006.

So at the meeting I red from Deu.4:15–16 and John 14:6–7, and tried to explain that according to those verses, images or statues that intended to liken Jesus is an idol. At that time I didnt tell them about my special experience with God on Dec 21st 2006 related to the truth. I was afraid to be considered wierd, I was afraid they wont believe me. I was afraid they’ll think I’m boasting and be reproached.

But when I got home and was reading Bible, I got slapped by the words in 1 Cor.4:7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

I turned out to be boasting in God’s sight because I wasnt being honest about what I’ve had experience.. that God was the One who revealed the truth on Dec 21st 2006, so that I could see and share it to God’s peoole. I was exalting my self before God. I feared of God and begged for His mercy.

Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
This gives me a lesson. I have to be honest about what I have experience with God. So that His people would know that He saves His people as He promised. God is glorified, God is exalted.

I kept the experience for my own for about a week long, remembering the details over and over again. And then I told my daughter and my parents and then my brother and the congregation of Martadinata SDA Church, Balikpapan.
God finally helped me to wrote the first testimony : “Devil’s Deception Revealed, The Truth That Make You Free.”

I had been through many things that tried to weaken me, as Lord Jesus had when He was still in this world thousand years ago carrying His Father’s mission.

John 5:43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

Not to mention my dark past, and I was just repented and returned to God.
But praise The Lord, He is the Mighty God and abounding in mercy. He upholds me with His words.

2 Timothy 2:21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

Isaiah 44:8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any. 44:9 They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed. 44:10 Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing? 44:11 Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together.

Jeremiah 10:11 Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens. 12 He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. 13 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures. 14 Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them. 15 They are vanity, and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish. 16 The portion of Jacob is not like them; for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: the YHWH of hosts is his name.

Then, something awesome happened. In 2008, God showed me Acts 17:29–31 and made me understand that this verse was apostle Paul’s prophecy for we who live in this age related to the truth which was God revealed to me on Dec 21st 2006.

And then at the end of March 2009 until early April 2009, God gave me His hidden wisdom by slowly. The revealing of the prophecy in Acts 17:29–31 in this age, proved that Acts 17:29–31 is true. Therefore, Jesus’s Divine Nature is proven. And it is true that The Father had raised Him from the dead as it is written in Acts 17:29–31. And it also proven to be true The Father who raised Jesus from the dead.

That was Jesus’s duty, sent into the world by His Father, crucified and raised from the dead to work on the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom (1 Cor.2:7–8), that is witnesing the truth, whoever believes have everlasting life. (John 3:16, 5:36, 1 Pet.1:20–21)

And because apostle Paul’s prophecy is fulfilled, it proved that he truly was YHWH’s messenger, as prophesied in Jer.28:9. And because Jeremiah’s prophecy also fulfilled, it proved that Jeremiah also is truly God’s prophet. Isaiah who also prophesies the fulfillment of Acts 17: 29–31 and 1 Corinthians 2: 7–8, in Isaiah 42: 6–9 and 33: 6, proves that Isaiah is also a true prophet sent by God.

All prophets and apostles have prophesies about this (Luke 24:44, 1 Cor.2:7, Acts 10:43, 1 Pet.1:8–12). So the fulfillment of apostle Paul’s prophecy in Acts 17:29–31 and 1 Corinthians 2:7–8 becomes an entrance to all the truth in the Bible (John 8:32, 10:9, 16:13, Psalms 118:19, Revelation 3:7), and becomes a proof that Bible is truly the word of God, and all the prophets and apostles who has written are truly the servants of God (Isaiah 45:25, 2 Corinthians 4:7).

2 Corinthians 4:1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; 4:2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 4:5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 4:8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 4:9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 4:11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 4:12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you. 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; 4:14 Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you. 4: 15 For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

Psalms 49:1 Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world: 49:2 Both low and high, rich and poor, together. 49:3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 2:8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Romans 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

The Bible’s truth that has been questioned and debated by unbelievers is now proved credible. He is the One who is true (1 John 5:20–21).

Now the time has came for judgement to begin.

Psalms 9:16 The YHWH is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

Psalms 9:8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

Isaiah 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 53:7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

Luke 3:4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 3:5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; 3:6  And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Proverbs 4:11 I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.

Matthew 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Blessed be The YHWH, God of Israel, Almighty God.

Isaiah 45:20 Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save. 45:21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. 45:22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. 45:23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. 45:24 Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed. 45:25 In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

Despite many challenges from outside and inside my self, God gives me strenght to keep testifying. I truly feel His help. Without Him I can do nothing.

Thank You Lord, its an honour to testify for You. Thank You for the lovingly guidance. You are the One who devised and done Your great and wonderful works. Let God be honored and exalted. You are our Savior. Blessed be Your name forever.

Thank You for revealing us Your truth. So we can be delivered from our sin and be forgiven (Isaiah 1:18, 4:4, 44:22, Micha 7:18–19, Hebrew 9:24–26, Romans 3:25), neither tossed back and forth by the waves and every wind of teaching (Eph.4:11–16, Isaiah 28:16).

Acts 13:39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. 39:40 Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets; 39:41 Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

Psalms 118:23 This is the YHWH’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

Isaiah 25:1 O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

Psalms 33:1 Rejoice in the YHWH, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. 33:2 Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. 33:3 Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. 44:4 For the word of the YHWH is right; and all his works are done in truth.

Psalm 126:3 The YHWH hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

Jeremiah 51:10 The YHWH hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us declare in Zion the work of the YHWH our God.

HalleluYah.

In the name of the Lord Jesus, I testify.
